YOGA

Yoga
Imagine being in school and getting to exercise, relax, and forgetting about all of your worries. That is the opportunity yoga club gives you. I love yoga because it lets me forget about some of schools worries and gives me the chance to relax and take deep breaths. Being in school can be very stressful. After you join yoga club with Mrs. Wilkens, your opinion may begin to change for the best. Not only do you get to put your worries aside, but you are doing exercise at the same time. I think yoga is a superb way to forget about reality and focus on your health. This is why I joined yoga club. Why don't you try it out. Its great! 



It's February 20,2014 and I am no longer doing yoga because of my health. But it's not just my health I actually have two hours of math tutoring so that also stopped me from going. Those of you who want a relaxing workout, I encourage you to go ahead and try yoga!
